Founder
Richard N. Child's 30 year professional career includes 16 years at MasterCard International, serving four years
as executive vice president. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he also served as president of the
Latin America and the Caribbean Region. He had overall responsibility for the development of the MasterCard
brands and family of programs and services in the region. He was a member of MasterCard's Internal Executive
Committee and also served on the Latin America and Caribbean regional board of directors of MasterCard
International and Maestro Latin America.
His areas of expertise include advertising, marketing, operations, technology, sales and distribution, risk management, and franchise management. Richard is an advisor to various companies and has served on the boards of directors of Certegy (NYSE: CEY), USA; NetSpend (Austin, Texas), CardNet (Dominican Republic), Checksmart (Dublin, OH), Argencard (Argentina), Redecard (Brazil) and Rêv Asia Pacific (Auckland, NZ). |

With over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, Jorge brings extensive knowledge of retail
banking and card technology and a successful track record developing global channel networks for product
distribution.
Mr. Noguera’s latest executive positions were with MPOWER Labs (Austin, Texas) and prior
to that with EFD Asia, an e-Funds company (now part of Fidelity National Information Services), where he
was Managing Director following its acquisition of Makeena Corporation Pte., a company he co-founded and led
since 2005 as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to co-founding Makeena, Mr. Noguera served as Senior Vice
President of Global Sales and Business Development at Oasis Technologies where he held a served in various
executive capacities since joining the company in 1996 as Vice President, Latin American and Caribbean Region.
Previously, he served as chief information officer for MasterCard Ecuador S.A and technology director for RED
MULTICOLOR MasterCard in Colombia.
Mr. Noguera holds a bachelor’s degree in systems and computer engineering from Universidad de Los Andes
in Bogotá, Colombia, and a master’s degree in finance from Universidad EAFIT in Medellín,
Colombia. Mr. Noguera currently resides in Weston, Florida.
